Someone googled the phrase "arrested development shot on DV" and ended up with this entry on me blog. It had a lot to do with DV Aesthetics but not much to do with Arrested Development shooting on DV.
For the record, afaik the first season of Arrested was shot on the Panasonic Varicam while the second (and third, I presume) were shot on the CineAlta.
Battlestar Galactica is still being shot on a Cinealta (the pilot was shot on 35mm)) but BSGs cinematography/image quality has declined over season 2, in parallel with some of the writing. [sad]
