Breadwars
I'm so going to get killed for this...
But in celebration of the fact that Episode 3 opens in 2 weeks, I'm going to post a little video called Breadwars [Quicktime, 22 meg].
It was shot by my good friends Alex Fry and Lindsay Adams on the eve of the premiere of Episode 1. They started lining up at the best cinema in Canberra [it had Dolby EX!] from 9am and were slowly joined by the rest of the (then) faithful, including me. But the night was not without its problems...
So many memories! Best line ever (paraphrased):
Alex: Woulnd't it suck if I went to all this effort and then find out that Darth Maul isn't in Episode 2.
Consider this my first vlog, even though I only make a few annoying cameos. I look so young and I had short hair for only a few weeks! [c.f. this photo from 1996 and keep in mind I grew it until I could sit on it. Ouch!]

yeah, i think the server has gone down temporarily. having your own in house web server is great in terms of basically unlimited web storage [30gig!] but it sucks vis a vis reliability.
