Confusing Final Cut Pro In Two Steps

1. Plug two firewire capture devices into your tower*
2. Try to capture with one of them.

Watch as FCP4 fails to connect the captured media to its original cip. Again. And Again. Turn off AD Converter. Watch as FCP4 works fine.

* They're both plugged into separate busses. The deck is on the internal bus, the AD converter is on the PCI card. I'm not sure if that seperate of firewire busses is adding to the confusion. You can't chose between the devices, its priority 'listen' is whatever is on the main bus (makes sense).
